How to test a font online
- Choose a system typeface or one of the listed Google Fonts.
- Replace the sample with a real heading, paragraph, or interface label.
- Adjust size, weight, italic style, letter spacing, line height, and colors. Compare the weight samples below the preview.
- Use Copy CSS to take the generated typography declarations into your stylesheet.
Font availability and limitations
System fonts must be installed on your device. Listed Google Fonts are requested from Google when selected and need a network connection. Not every family provides every weight or italic style; your browser may synthesize a style or display a fallback. This tool does not upload custom font files.
The CSS snippet contains styling declarations, not the Google Fonts import. Load the selected web font in your own project as well. Test your final page on its target devices before choosing a typeface.
